PAYMENT DETAILS : Payments should be made either by credit card online (paypal) or by wire transfery.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: All cancellations received before August 1th, 2011 will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees. Afterwards, the fees cannot be refunded.
