To attention of all moderators, instructors, lectures, symposium faculty, free paper and poster presenters
If you are submitting an abstract for presentation, please help us organize the abstracts by first indicating whether your presentation involves Cochlear Implants or other implantable auditory technologies. Secondly, determine which category your main theme falls under, i.e. signal processing, surgical outcomes, education, etc.
Oral presentation

Oral presentations will be eight minutes long.

Only PowerPoint presentations are accepted; slide or overhead transparency presentations will not be possible.

Presentations must be sent via the website along with the form that can be completed on-line.

We cannot accept presentations sent by email or regular post.

All abstracts must be submitted in English and clearly show the content which will be presented.

The speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation data on a CD, DVD, USB Memory stick or USB hard drive.

The deadline for abstracts is July 30, 2009.

Authors will be notified by September 10, 2009 as to whether their abstract has been accepted.

Each person is only permitted to present two presentations.

The presenting author must be enrolled in the congress.

Only the abstracts of enrolled presenting authors will be included in the program and book of abstracts.

Posters must be no larger than 100cm wide by 130cm long.

The posters will be displayed for the full two days of the conference.

Dedicated time for the authors to review their work with participants will occur on Friday afternoon.
