Registration fee includes: Participation in the scientific session, congress attendance, all social activities as wells as a copy of the abstract book.

PAYMENT DETAILS : Payments should be made either by credit card online (paypal) or by wire transfery.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: All cancellations received before July 30, 2009 will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees. Afterwards, the fees cannot be refunded.
CME ACCREDITATION: We are currently seeking CME (Continuing Medical Education) accreditation for otholaringologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and hearing aid technicians.
